PURPOSE
Having the right claim help from the commencement of the claim can make a world of difference.
AFRM Claims Advocacy's (ACA's) purpose is to improve the wellbeing of clients by alleviating their financial stress. Alleviating financial stress is enabled via managing the clients personal insurance claim. Having helped hundreds of clients, we recognise that returning to wellness can only be achieved when there is a balance in the clients health and financial wellbeing.
ACA are the only claim advocacy experts in Australia that have been accepted as members of both the National Funeral Directors Association (NFDA) and the Australian Funeral Directors Association (AFDA) and have expertise managing life insurance claims and superannuation death benefits.
We help families who have lost a loved one, by making it easier and quicker for them to receive the life insurance and super death benefit. We focus on the detail, so that the family can focus on the funeral preparations.
AFRM Claims Advocacy is an alignment of service with AFRM who has over 22-years of specialist risk management advice experience. Our combined expertise in insurance and complex claims management has seen us manage over $300m in claims paid to clients / families.
